Jim Fairfield - Guitars & Vocals

As the songwriter and driving force of The F.I.B.s, Jim dedicates as much time to music as he possibly can. Raised in Northwest Chicago, Jim grew up with music and is no stranger to the Chicago Blues. A regular at Chicago's Gallery Caberet, Jim became and still is a member of the Mythic Figs under CJ's tutalage.

With influces too many to name, Jim attributes his songwriting prowess to his interest of music spun by the likes of Rory Gallagher, The Beatles, The Who and The Beatles. His resume of bands is just as extensive, including a stint with the Sarah Hollister Band with bandmate and long time friend Stan Oparka. Other bands include Zabel, Nemisis, Mad Hatter and House Of Cards.
